About Creativity at Work

What we do

Founded by Linda Naiman, Creativity at Work develops creative intelligence through arts-based learning and whole-brain approaches for leaders and teams navigating rapid change.

Creativity at Work partners with leaders, teams, and organizations to develop creative intelligence—the whole-brain capacity that integrates analytical rigour, artistic insight, relational intelligence, and practical action.

This capacity shapes how people make sense of complexity, collaborate effectively, and act with clarity and humanity in times of change.

A distinctive approach to creative intelligence

Creative intelligence is not a technique or mindset. It is a way of thinking, sensing, and acting that helps people navigate ambiguity, work across differences, and make wise decisions under pressure.

This work draws on business, art, design, and social science. It integrates arts-based learning to expand perception and empathy, and design thinking to support practical experimentation.

When leaders work with creative intelligence, they are better equipped to engage their people, hold complexity without oversimplifying it, and respond with discernment when it matters most.

Our focus

Creativity at Work delivers tailored experiences through workshops, training, coaching, and leadership and team development. When additional capabilities serve the work, we collaborate with a trusted network of experts to bring complementary perspectives and depth.

Grounded in real-world application

For more than two decades, Creativity at Work has supported leaders and teams in corporate, public sector, educational, and international contexts where the stakes are real and complexity is unavoidable. This work is applied in environments that demand clear thinking under pressure, collaboration across boundaries, and the ability to move ideas forward without losing sight of human and organizational realities.

Results

Coherence and clarity under pressure
Leaders and teams develop a more coherent way of working—an integrated inner operating system that helps decisions and behaviours align rather than fragment when situations are ambiguous or fast-moving. This creates a reliable way to return to clarity without defaulting to rigid or reactive responses.

Culture, engagement, and collaboration
Engagement and psychological safety increase as people are invited to experiment, contribute ideas, and bring more of themselves to the work. Arts-based and design-informed practices strengthen collaboration by helping people appreciate one another and explore persistent challenges from multiple points of view.

Innovation with follow-through
Teams generate and test more thoughtful ideas instead of recycling familiar solutions. In some cases, this leads to prototypes that secure funding and move into implementation. Over time, experimentation becomes part of everyday work, strengthening innovation capacity and resilience.
